Return Policy for Bumblebee Toys

At Bumblebee Toys, we prioritise your satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Return Eligibility

  1. Change of Mind: Returns accepted within 14 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging and in resalable condition.
  2. Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 30 days for a replacement or refund.

Return Process

  1. Initiate Return: Contact customer service at info@bumblebeetoys.com.au. with your order number and return reason.
  2. Return Authorisation: We will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) number with instructions.

Shipping Costs

  • For change-of-mind returns customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • If the item is damaged or defective, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds

If eligible, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after inspection. Restocking fees may apply for change-of-mind returns.

Non-Returnable Items

Personalised, custom-made or hygiene-related items are non-returnable unless defective.

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees remedies for faulty products, including repair, replacement or refund.
